Café Provence

Bienvenue au Café Provence!

Located in the Middle of Brandon, 13 miles south of Middlebury on route 7. Café Provence offers gourmet cuisine with a casual touch. Perfect for a quick lunch or a lingering dining experience.

But the Café is much more than a restaurant.

Chef Robert Barral, a native of the provence/Languedoc area of southern France attended culinary school in Grenoble France. He worked in some of the finest restaurants in France prior to moving to the states where he worked at the four seasons and as the head Chef at NECI (New England Culinary Institute).

Chef Robert continues to teach, offering cooking classes that combine a full dining experiences. The all-inclusive price is $50 – students with a middkid card will save an additional 10%. This fun and all-inclusive experience is not to be missed.

One block north of the café is Gourmet Provence- A traditional French bakery and pastry shop operated by Robert and his wife Line. Come and enjoy breakfast, pies, Paninis, quiches and wraps.
