What advice would you offer to someone comtemplating this course for next semester?

Leyya is totally engaged in the class. She is forceful as well as open in her teaching. I'm taking DANC 0260 with her in the spring and I can't wait!

She's awesome, the materials covered in anatomy and history parts of this course are put into use right away. Moreover, the teacher is always enthusiastic which makes the class a lot of fun.

This class is really easy. A good proportion of the grade is based on attendance. I thought that Tawill was really fun and outgoing, but she was new as a professor and did everything by the book. I have to say that I was happy that I took this class.

Leyya is absolutely adorable. To do well on the tests, don't bother with the readings--memorize the bones on the review sheet and **review wikipedia's history of contemporary dance.** Do not take this course if you've already had dance experience because it's geared towards newcomers. Make sure to excuse any absences with her. This course does require a fairly large time commitment (4 hrs class-time a week), so take it for PE-credit only if you can spare the ART credit.
